Though it was just a one day transit less than 24 hours, we covered quite a lot of ground, going from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island, where we ascended to The Peak, took the famed tram, feasted on some great local delights, and even managed to catch World Cup at our hotel pub. Hong Kong is indeed a food paradise - you can't really go wrong with your choice of local cuisine or street hawker food! One gripe though, is I don't think the goods there are cheap for shopping... Overall, we enjoyed the trip immensely and would certainly be back for more. Hong Kong was too good to be true.
